Obama has already missed the deadline on the Berg v. Obama case which means he “admits” all allegations. I don’t think they would have dared miss the deadline if they had the legal documents. I think BHO thinks it will just go away and he will be POTUS before anything can be done to stop him. I understand that there are at least 8 states now that have similar lawsuits. I believe the Berg judge is waiting to rule so that it will have major impact on the election without Obama being able to effectively “spin it”.

If Obama *were* legally eligible, his campaign would have supplied the missing evidence when the PA court demanded it. Even if they had some reason to avoid submitted those basic requirements, they would have made up a noble reason to avoid doing so. They’ve done neither.

Refusing the court and keeping radio-silence strongly suggests he is ineligible.

McCain’s avoiding the issue for other reasons. I’m guessing they’ve got dirt on him, and they had a deal.

It’s all so improbable. Campaign investors usually cover such basics as whether someone’s eligible for an office. Then the DNC had a responsibility to certify his eligibility. Then after that the FEC confirms eligibility. They sure couldn’t do that with a photo of a 2007 Certificate of Live Birth that’s hosted on an Annenberg site.

Media? Waiting for the correct talking points. And they’re culpable in this too.

But Obama’s response is what tells the story. Instead of providing the basic necessary documentation, they filed to dismiss the suit. When that failed, they simply refused to comply. No real campaign could afford to do that. Now they’ve got legal action in eight states. It will pop soon.

This issue is not one to go away on Election Day. There would be continued pressure for the basic evidence of citizenship well past any inauguration. It’s amazing the Obama Campaign didn’t clean it up at the start.
